How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The role focuses on sales growth, gross profit increase, and new account activation through proactive customer pursuit mainly via field sales calls. Success is achieved by increasing new sales volume, pursuing prospective customers for new business, and managing the sales pipeline actively. Collaboration with Regional Sales Managers and Branch staff is essential. The sales representative will grow the business to meet company objectives and KPIs. The ideal candidate should have a strong telephone manner, excellent verbal and communication skills, be a good listener, and possess the ability to close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify customer targets within their territory to develop the sales plan (90% gas, 10% hardgoods).
* Prepare prospecting lists in coordination with the Area Sales Manager.
* Ensure efficient and satisfactory supply and service to customers.
* Lead prospecting visits to potential and competitor customers.
* Optimize time at customer sites to secure contract signatures quickly.
* Sell and negotiate Energas products and services, adhering to sales policies.
* Prioritize customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement strategies for selected customers.
* Address customer complaints regarding sales and service, referring to the Sales Manager if needed.
* Comply with Safety, Health, and Environment policies, prioritizing staff and customer safety.
Are you a MATCH?
* Experience in sales within manufacturing or gas environments.
* Good numeracy and literacy skills.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
* Familiarity with administrative procedures and systems.
* Proficiency in email communication and word processing.
* A full, clean driving license.
