Help develop the sustainability leaders of tomorrow
The University of Reading is launching a new, flagship Global Sustainability Leaders Scholarship programme to build global sustainability leaders of the future. It is open to undergraduate students of all backgrounds and disciplines who share Reading’s passion for environmental sustainability and are committed to addressing the climate and nature crises. The scheme will award up to 400 new scholarships annually.
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive programme of activities and opportunities for the scholars. You will coordinate the scheme, collaborating with colleagues across and beyond the University, as well as with students.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a university recently named the Times/Sunday Times Sustainable University of the Year 2025.

You will have:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English grammar
* Strong project planning, management, and organisational skills
* A solid understanding of environmental sustainability issues
* Knowledge of using mass communication channels, including email, social media, and websites
* A proven track record of building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
