Branch Administrator (Maternity Cover)
We are looking for an organised and proactive Branch Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and supporting day-to-day branch operations.
Position Details
1. Job Title: Branch Administrator (Maternity Cover)
2. Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
3. Contract Type: Fixed-term maternity cover
Key Responsibilities
4. General branch administration and office support
5. Managing and maintaining compliance documentation and records
6. Client account administration and processing
7. Assisting with the smooth running of day-to-day branch operations
8. Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
9. Maintaining accurate filing systems and databases
10. Supporting management and operational staff as required
Requirements
11. Previous administration experience preferred
12. Strong organisational and communication skills
13. Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
14. Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
16. Professional and approachable manner
