The role of the Hub Manager:
This is a brand new role aimed to nurture the relationships between children, their families and the wider community.
Lead the day-to-day running of the Hub, ensuring its a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space.
Build positive relationships with families, partners, and the wider community.
Coordinate events, sessions, and outreach activities that engage children, young people, and parents.
Support staff and volunteers, fostering a strong, collaborative team culture.
Manage community projects and funding bids that enhance the Hubs resources and impact.
Represent the school and hubwithin local networks and partnerships.
Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement of Hub programmes.
As a Family Hub Manager you will:
