This role is a vital part of the team, which works hard to ensure children and young people reach their full potential, and have the right to be healthy, happy, safe and secure, and to feel loved, valued and respected.
The Package and Benefits:
This is a permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week. The hourly rate for this role starts at £13.57 per hour.

The Role
The successful candidates will understand the importance of physical and emotional safety and how to create and maintain it for children living in our clients homes. They will be committed to learning about the crucial role of attachment as the foundation for growth and recovery from trauma for children and strong, healthy relationships for adult role models.
They will have an awareness of boundaries and the importance of maintaining these, be able to work in a playful/flexible way, communicate in a clear, direct manner, actively listen, and engage with others. They will have the ability to work as part of a wider team, collaborate, and professional problem-solve, set the highest standards in professional relationships and boundaries, have strong and effective communication skills, and a working knowledge of de-escalation and physical intervention.
They will demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and work with a range of people, including children, families, professionals, and the public.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care Childrens.
* Have a proven ability to lead and be responsible for shifts in the absence of the manager.
* A compassionate and positive attitude is a must, and you should have excellent communication skills and be adaptable to changing situations.
