Access Control Contracts Manager
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40-hour week — 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
Job Purpose
To manage the effective day-to-day running of contracts from inception to final account settlement, ensuring operations comply with safety regulations, work policies, and electrical codes and standards. To deliver high levels of customer service to clients and residents.

* Competitive salary relative to experience (PAYE).
* 23 days holiday per year, increasing by 1 day per year of service (up to 25 days). Option to sell back or carry forward 3 days annually. Plus, statutory bank holidays (currently 8).

Main Duties and Responsibilities
As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the effectiveness of the overall contract, ensuring all KPIs and goals are met. Responsibilities include:
* Managing the day-to-day delivery of reactive and PPM services.
* Leading, supporting and developing your team to ensure high professional standards and timely project delivery.
* Building strong collaborative relationships with clients to promote excellent customer service.
* Managing pricing processes including quotations, reviewing works, and invoicing.
* Ensuring KPIs are measured and delivered in line with client expectations.
* Procuring materials required for contracts.
* Taking a proactive approach to legal and compliance matters.
* Supervising and training less experienced supervisors and engineers; carrying out 1-to-1s and setting objectives for appraisals.
* Keeping up to date with laws, regulations, and contract trends that may impact business goals.
* Acting as the main point of contact for resolution of contract issues.
* Monitoring expenditure and providing regular summary reports to line management.
* Reviewing contract management methods, systems, and procedures to identify improvements.
* Actively involving clients before, during, and after works to ensure quality delivery.
* Obtaining client feedback regularly regarding engineer performance and works delivery.
* Communicating the company’s commitment to first-class delivery both in writing and in person.
* Ensuring accurate invoices are raised weekly for each contract.
* Managing, promoting and overseeing the company’s Health & Safety and Environmental policies, reporting any breaches to the Managing Director.
* Carrying out any reasonable requests from Senior Management to support service delivery.
