This is a brilliant opportunity to work with a much-loved global brand, supporting their procurement function from behind the scenes and keeping things running smoothly - now with the flexibility of a part-time schedule.\n\nThe Role (3 Days/Week):\n\nThink of yourself as the behind-the-scenes hero-supporting the purchase of everything from materials to merchandise.
You'll be managing purchase orders, chatting with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and keeping records tidy and accurate. If you love lists, live for inbox zero, and get a little thrill from ticking things off your to-do list ✅, this one's for you.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n\nCreating and processing purchase orders (your attention to detail will shine here).\nKeeping records up to date-think supplier info, order logs, and invoice tracking.\nFollowing up on deliveries and solving minor hiccups along the way.\nBeing the friendly go-between for suppliers and internal teams.\nSupporting the procurement team with reporting, admin, and general organisation magic. \n\nWhat You'll Bring:\n\nSome experience in admin or procurement (nothing too fancy-just solid and reliable).\nA love for staying organised and a natural eye for detail.\nStrong communication skills (you're confident emailing suppliers and chatting with teams).\nMicrosoft Office whiz (especially Excel and Outlook).\nBonus points if you've used procurement or finance systems before-but it's not a dealbreaker.
