Eden Brown are recruiting for a Property Manager to join an organisation on a temporary basis to work within their leasehold and private rent team.
Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
Manage leasehold properties
Oversee budgets and services charges for leasehold properties
Deal with breaches of leases
Assist in property purchases and buybacks
Complete scheme inspections
You must have previous experience of working in Leasehold/Property Management
