We are looking for a Data Reconciliation Officer to join our Housing Service team, playing a key role in improving data quality and supporting frontline housing services. You will be responsible for reconciling housing data between Jigsaw and NEC systems, ensuring that records are accurate, consistent, and compliant with statutory and operational requirements. This work will directly support the delivery of high-quality housing services, enabling better outcomes for our residents. Key responsibilities: Reconciling housing data across Jigsaw and NEC to ensure accuracy and consistency. Supporting data cleansing exercises for statutory reporting (e.g., H-CLIC returns). Identifying and resolving discrepancies, escalating complex issues where necessary. Working closely with Housing and IT teams to streamline processes and improve data quality.
