A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Geotechnical Engineer to join a growing team based in Peterborough. This role offers exposure to a wide range of ground engineering and construction projects, with involvement across both design and on-site delivery. Key Responsibilities Carry out site investigations, including soil analysis and ground condition assessments Analyse and interpret geotechnical data, producing clear and accurate technical reports Develop recommendations for foundations, earthworks, and ground improvement solutions Provide geotechnical support throughout both design and construction phases Collaborate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure technical requirements are achieved Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and health & safety standards Identify and manage ground risks, resolving geotechnical challenges on site Contribute to value engineering initiatives and cost-effective design approaches Requirements Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline Proven experience in a geotechnical or ground engineering role (contractor or consultancy) Solid understanding of site investigation methods and reporting Knowledge of UK standards a...
