Manage the Operations team, conduct meetings, appraisals, and recruitment as needed. Define and manage SLAs and SMART objectives linked to organizational goals. Promote a culture of resolution and continuous improvement, enhancing processes and systems to serve 4500+ clients and 60+ staff. Project management skills, analytical ability, communication, quality assurance, data literacy, and reporting are essential. Experience with board-level reporting is preferred.
