Support Worker

Must be a Driver with a full manual license due to service needs.
Here at Avondale Lodge in Redcar, we support residents who have a range of needs such as autism, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours. ~Shifts will include earlies, days, long days, and evenings.

Full flexibility is needed, and you must be able to cover all of the following shifts as part of the rota- 7:30 am to 4 pm, 8 am to 9 pm, 9 am to 3 pm, and 4 pm to 9 pm.
Will involve working weekends and bank holidays. You will also be available to cover waking nights and sleep-ins when required.
Supporting activities within the service and supporting to access the community.
The role will involve assisting with personal care, domestic support, preparing meals, updating our internal systems, and reviewing care plans, risk assessments, and monthly reports.
The role requires a motivated and creative individual.
