Ideal Applicant:
Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced Onboarding Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be certified in both Onboarding and Recruitment; however, consultants certified only in Onboarding will be considered.
This is not a sponsored role - You must have existing right to work in the UK or Ireland without Sponsorship.
Job Purpose:
To ensure a successful implementation by meeting the client's requirements and expectations, advising on the impacts of their decisions, guiding the client on the options within the product, providing best practices, and driving adoption. The Consultant maintains a strong client relationship by establishing high levels of satisfaction and trust through proactive engagement.
SuccessFactors Certifications Required:
* Onboarding (THR97) Certification is required
* Recruitment Management (THR83) is ideal in addition to the Onboarding Certification
* Recruitment Marketing (THR84) is ideal in addition to the Onboarding Certification
Certifications must be active, in date, and valid.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment as the SME for the business, resolving system issues as required
* Manage projects and documentation in line with SAP methodology
* Support and advise customers during UAT and data migration
* Support upgrades and train super users on platform utilization
* Understand project economics and deliver within budget
* Maintain and update product knowledge regularly
* Support implementation of new or revised processes, including configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and training
* Develop and implement support processes for SuccessFactors modules
* Participate in governance forums and design authorities, providing subject matter expertise
* Oversee operational administration of Performance Management and Compensation solutions, ensuring issue resolution based on SLAs
* Collaborate with the Support Head to manage ongoing administration and support of modules
Person Specification:
Required Experience:
* Experience as an HR practitioner preferred
* Associate Certification required
* Proven success in at least four implementations, administration, and support of SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruitment modules, or similar HR systems
* Ability to engage with clients and understand their requirements
* Experience with HR systems integration and configuration
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to influence stakeholders
