PMO Analyst
A leading financial client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mobility Operations and Project Analyst, to support Mobility function. Starting ASAP this is a hybrid role based in the client's office in Belfast.
This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to organize information. The ideal candidate will excel at facilitating effective communication, streamlining collaboration efforts, and providing project support to the Head of Mobility & Immigration.
Responsibilities:
Communications:
* Develop and curate engaging content for internal communications (e.g., monthly newsletter), ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy by collaborating with Mobility & Immigration team.
* Manage and maintain team communication channels, including SharePoint sites, team posts, and email distribution lists.
* Communicate allowance changes to expatriate employees on a defined schedule (e.g., quarterly, annually).
* Oversee the maintenance of allowance data and ensure accurate transfer to vendors.
* Plan and facilitate team meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication.
Documentation Support:
* Maintain and update process documents and templates.
* Maintain user-friendly operating manuals, process guides, templates, and training materials.
* Provide training to team members on the effective use of collaboration tools and platforms.
* Manage and organize shared resources, including SharePoint document libraries and other collaborative workspaces.
Project Support:
* Track and report on weekly operational priorities for the Head of Mobility & Immigration.
* Prepare and update monthly presentations for the Head of Mobility & Immigration.
* Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, supporting a range of projects and priorities according to business needs.
