This role is located in NRM, within the Cawood Scientific Agriculture Division. Job Description:
Job Purpose
This position is on a permanent contract.
* Assist clients with queries received by telephone or email, complete contract reviews, and produce analytical Gold Card and Advisory Soil reports in a timely fashion.
* Assist with Soil Card entry and courier bookings, and file associated paperwork.
* Deputize for the SRP (Site Lead) on all health and safety matters.
* Assist with booking contractors for facility work and completing permits to work.
Job Accountabilities
* Produce analytical result reports for customers.
* Review customer analysis requests to ensure correct account allocation and analysis flags, and add supplementary information.
* Investigate report delays and react accordingly to resolve issues.
* Handle telephone communications appropriately, with a broad knowledge of company operations.
* Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and staff.
* Assist with filing during downtime.
* Coordinate courier bookings, rebookings, and investigate failed collections.
* Maintain high standards of work at all times.
