Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptual and detailed design, review, and development of electrical, control, and instrumentation systems for diverse engineering projects. Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers and technical staff to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Conduct comprehensive technical assessments, risk analyses, and troubleshooting to resolve intricate EC&I challenges effectively. Essential Skills & Experience Significant experience as an EC&I Engineer, ideally within regulated environments such as nuclear, energy, or similar sectors. Strong expertise in electrical and control systems, instrumentation, and automation technologies. Demonstrated ability in engineering design, calculations, risk assessments, and compliance with safety standards. Excellent communication skills, capable of providing clear technical guidance and working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Possession of a degree in Electrical, Control, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline. Sound knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements. Desirable Skills & Experience Previous involvement in nuclear industry projects or other highly regulated environments. Chartered Engineer status or recognised professional accreditation. Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar tools. Familiarity with project management methodologies and lifecycle processes.
