Job Title: English Teacher – Secondary Schools (Full-time or Part-time)

Salary: £160 – £220 per day, depending on experience

About the Role:
As an English Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to students across KS3 and KS4, supporting literacy, communication skills, and a love of reading and writing. You will work in a range of supportive secondary school environments committed to student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative English lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Teach reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to enrichment activities such as reading clubs and revision sessions
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching English at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for English education
Excellent classroom management skills
A flexible approach to working across multiple schools
