Client Executive (TikTok) – Job Description

Toucan is a full-service Amazon and TikTok agency (based in the UK, NAM, and APAC) and an advanced Amazon advertising partner that supports brands to accelerate their businesses globally. We specialise in Amazon strategy, sponsored advertising, programmatic DSP advertising and creative services (static and video)

Position Overview:

Our TikTok team has recently been created so you’ll be joining a fresh and fast growing team. This means you’d be part of shaping our newly launched TikTok management service, which brings with it huge potential in terms of progression and opportunities.

As a Client Executive (TikTok), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our brands’ presence on the TikTok marketplace. This includes developing and executing strategies to drive sales, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and creative teams to leverage TikTok’s unique platform capabilities to achieve our brands’ business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Marketplace Management: manage the day-to-day operations of our clients’ TikTok marketplace store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
* Client Relationships: liaise with senior stakeholders, helping to maintain and build positive client relationships whilst delivering success for our clients in their online sales objectives.
* Content Management: oversee the full content process for clients on TikTok, including writing creative briefs and managing content production from external creators.
* Campaign Execution: launch and optimise GMV Max Campaigns on TikTok, including affiliate videos. Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimise ROI.
* Affiliate Outreach: support with target collaborations through both the affiliate platform and external tools. This includes identifying creators within the relevant categories whilst supporting them with creative briefs to follow in their videos.
* Data Analysis: Utilise analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.
* Customer Engagement: Foster a positive customer experience by managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Monitor reviews and feedback to enhance service quality.
* Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments on TikTok and in the broader social commerce landscape. Identify new opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coherence in all TikTok marketplace activities.

Skills/Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Excellent content creation skills, including video production and editing.
* Previous client management experience
* Confident and ambitious candidate that enjoys networking and building strong relationships
* Experience in using analytics tools to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
* Creative thinker.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Experience with other social media platforms and e-commerce marketplaces.
* High-energy and self motivated
