Head of Sales - UK Office
Your job is simple to explain and hard to execute. You take a technology that has no catalogue and no well paved sales path and you turn it into a commercial machine. We have built the fastest, most rugged, Arctic ready drone ISR platform in the world. Customers know their pain, but they have never seen it solved the way we solve it. You will show them. You will learn from their problems and reflect them into our team, becoming our internal ‘super-customer’, guiding us to build better products.
You thrive where there is no recipe. You work directly with founders and engineers. You listen to customers, translate problems into solutions, shape the offer, and close deals at speed. You design the playbook while selling. You know how to price, how to position, and how to build demand from zero.
You are not here to manage a spreadsheet. You are here to open countries. To take a product that is changing national security and environmental resilience and make it obvious, inevitable, and urgent for the people who need it most.
