Working alongside a highly regarded Partner, you will advise a diverse client base ranging from household names and international corporations to innovative start‑ups and established national brands. The role You will handle a broad spectrum of high‑profile litigation matters, including: Complex breaches of contract, warranty, and indemnity disputes Director and shareholder disputes Procurement litigation and supply chain breakdowns High‑value professional indemnity claims Specialist disputes in technology and fintech sectors Candidate profile Applications are welcomed from solicitors with 4 PQE, gained at either a boutique firm or a large national practice.
