PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To assist the Business Support Manager and help to deliver consistent efficient and effective professional administrative support, making sure that all administrative needs are meet for HCL.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Responsible for maintaining all administrative workload, delivering a proactive efficient and professional support service to a wide range of professional staff, (office and mobile based staff). This includes help with training, coaching, guiding, advising managers and members of staff as a local expert in the production of documentation according to local procedures and statutory/legal requirements.
2. Help to manage and organise the supervision and maintenance of the office, by ordering and distributing of any office orders, to all departments, office and kitchen based.
3. To help with maintaining a high standard of support for all aspects of day-to-day query-based enquires from SLT, Senior Contract Managers, Contract Managers, Contract Supervisors, Project, Operations and Support teams, within HCL.
4. To provide up to date advise for all parents/schools enquiring about policies and procedures for HCL.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
As a self-motivated individual, you will have excellent communication skills as well as being able to demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a team.
It is essential that you have a strong understanding of the importance of Health and Safety as well as high standards of hygiene and a neat and tidy appearance.
You will be willing to be fully involved role in providing an excellent service to the schools, including attending on the job training if necessary. You will be confident in dealing with monies whilst being able to maintain accurate records if required.
The ability to communicate fluently with customers in accurate spoken and written English is essential for the post.
