Are you an experienced quality assurance professional with a passion for delivering excellence in apprenticeships and work-based learning? Do you have the leadership skills and sector knowledge to ensure high standards across curriculum delivery and compliance?
Our client, a leading further education college based in Cambridge, is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Quality Lead to oversee the quality and performance of their apprenticeship and work-based learning provision. This is a pivotal role, ideal for someone who thrives on challenge and has a strong track record of driving continuous improvement in FE and skills-based settings.
As Quality Lead, you will play a key role in developing robust quality assurance frameworks, supporting curriculum teams, and preparing for external inspections. Your expertise will help maintain high levels of learner achievement, employer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance across the provision.
What They’re Looking For:
* Extensive experience in quality assurance within FE or apprenticeships
* Strong understanding of Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF) and ESFA funding rules
* Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and influence best practice
* Experience supporting curriculum teams with audits, self-assessment reports (SAR), and quality improvement plans (QIPs)
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills
* A relevant teaching or assessor qualification is highly desirable
