The role:
You’ll be leading projects end-to-end, from shaping briefs and budgets through to on-site delivery. It’s a mix of planning, problem-solving, client handling and rolling your sleeves up at live events.
* Owning multiple event projects from concept to completion
* Managing budgets, timelines, suppliers and logistics
* Acting as the main client contact
* Collaborating closely with creative, production and ops teams
* Supporting new business with proposals and project scoping
* Leading teams on-site and keeping everything running smoothly

* 6+ years delivering live events in retail environments
* Strong end-to-end project management experience
* Confident in managing clients, budgets and moving parts
