Proactive Personnel are looking for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in Telford.

What You’ll be Doing:
1. Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team.
2. Proactive in developing new business daily.
3. Building client relationships, meeting with clients face to face.
4. Have full autonomy of managing your own plan/desk.
5. Managing key accounts.
6. Full accountability for your own sales.
7. Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks.
8. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch).
