We are looking to hire a CRM Executive to join the team at Disturbia to execute our retention marketing strategy and help nurture our growing customer base. Your purpose is to help turn our first-time customers into loyal advocates of the brand while delivering performance against targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own and manage the email marketing calendar to align with the overall trading calendar.
2. Develop and maintain automation flows and lifecycle communications via Klayvio.
3. Brief, create, and segment email marketing notifications.
4. Conduct A/B testing of campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
5. Manage the email marketing calendar in collaboration with the E-commerce and design teams to enhance trading performance.
6. Report and analyze customer behavior, including customer cohorts, loyalty, and premium delivery customers, and evaluate performance against business goals.
7. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer performance to key stakeholders.
8. Stay updated with industry changes and ongoing developments in email marketing.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
1. Experience working in CRM for a D2C fashion e-commerce brand is preferred.
2. Proficiency in Klayvio (or similar) ESP platform.
3. Experience with Google Analytics for reporting and analysis.
4. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-growth environments.
