The Role
Working across flagship London developments, you will take ownership of the full sales journey, delivering a first-class customer experience while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
* Conducting high-quality viewings and showcasing premium properties
* Building strong relationships with buyers and providing expert guidance throughout the journey
* Proactively generating and following up on leads
* Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
* Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams
* Ensuring show homes and sales suites are presented to an exceptional standard
* Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Requirements
* Proven experience in new homes sales or a similar property sales role
* Strong track record of achieving targets
* Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
