A leading national construction company, headquartered in Warrington, is seeking a National Training Manager to head up its UK & NI training and apprenticeship strategy.
Please note: Experience within the construction / property services industry is a must for this role.
About the Role
As National Training Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role, responsible for:
* Overseeing multiple Apprenticeship Academies across the UK & NI
* Designing, delivering, and evolving a forward-thinking Learning & Development strategy
* Ensuring high-quality, consistent training delivery across all business units
* Building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, external training providers, and industry bodies
* Driving continuous improvement and compliance across all training programmes
This is a national role expect regular monthly travel and overnight stays as you connect with teams across the UK and Northern Ireland.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior L&D or training management role, ideally within facilities management, construction, or a related industry
* Strong background in managing apprenticeships and navigating funding and compliance
* A strategic mindset with hands-on delivery experience
* Natural leadership and communication skills, able to inspire and influence at all levels
* Comfortable with a mobile role, confident working both independently and collaboratively
