Maintenance Engineer

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our team in Bedfordshire. You'll play a key role in ensuring our production equipment runs efficiently and reliably, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) to maximise machinery uptime and reliability.
* Respond swiftly to breakdowns, troubleshooting and resolving faults to minimise downtime.
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
* Work effectively both independently and within a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure full compliance with health & safety standards.
* Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
* Contribute to a supportive, innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
* Electrical bias with strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities, plus sound mechanical understanding.
* Qualified to 17th or 18th Edition (IET Wiring Regulations).
* Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
