Senior Fund Operations Analyst | Buy-Side | Multi-Asset
We are partnering with a high-performing investment firm seeking a Senior Fund Operations professional to take ownership of day-to-day fund operations across a multi-asset platform.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a lean environment, enjoys autonomy, and can confidently manage both operational detail and senior stakeholder relationships.
The Role:
* Oversee fund operations across Luxembourg SICAV and Cayman SPC structures
* Manage key third-party providers (Fund Admin, Depositary, Auditors, Legal)
* Lead NAV oversight, reconciliations, trade support, and corporate actions
* Monitor cash, payments, FX hedging, and operational workflows
* Support audit processes, reporting, and governance frameworks
* Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
* Assist with new fund launches and structuring initiatives
* Oversee IMA operations including capital calls, distributions, and alternatives
The Candidate:
* 10+ years’ experience in fund operations within asset management (buy-side essential)
* Strong knowledge of multi-asset operations, NAV oversight, and fund structures
* Experience managing outsourced providers and operational infrastructure
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Detail-driven, organised, and able to operate independently
