The Teaching Assistant – Barnet role involves working alongside teachers to support pupils both academically and emotionally. You will gain valuable experience within Education and Training, particularly in classroom support and inclusive practice.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting pupils in the classroom and small groups
• Assisting with lesson delivery and learning activities
• Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
Essential Skills / Experience:
• Experience working with children or young people
• Patient, positive, and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills
