Contract Manager Job descriptionThe Contract Manager will support the Account Manager to ensure the provision of an efficient and effective FM service to the client, ensuring professional and proactive management of the client’s property and facilities support services.To deliver excellent customer service and exceed client’s expectations, with relationship management of key client stakeholders. Good communication will be a key aspect of this role as day-to-day responsibilities will be coordinating a team of both on-site staff and sub-contractorsContract Manager Role & ResponsibilitiesTo provide FM services for the Midlands and any other sites/contracts under the remit of the Account Manager for any and all activities as required by your Line Manager, regular travels to the Midlands and London, and any other locations as required by the business.An active member of the Manager’s on Call Rota to be available outside of core service hours 1 week in every 3 weeks to handle job-related activities and emergencies out-of-hours.The management and control of budgets, financial targets, and financial processes, producing timely and accurate reports with narration on all variances.Overall responsibility for the management of the PMs & RMs, ensuring that the PMs & RMs are scheduled and completed within their agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).Ensure that consistent and periodic auditing is taking place in all the locations, this includes operational audits, quality audits, health and safety audits, energy and sustainability audits, etc.Lead and manage any facilities staff including external suppliers / contractors to ensure smooth business operations across the JLR contracts.Ensuring that the annual POs for the Midlands sites & Ellesmere Port are raised before the services commence.Be responsible for reviewing all PMs & RMs RAMS received for Midlands sites and Ellesmere Port and ensure that all Health & Safety documentation is completed and submited to the client in a timely manner.Ensure the monthly and quarterly performance reports for the Midlands sites and Ellesmere Port are completed with the agreed client’s SLA.Regular travel will be required to visit the Midlands sites, London, and nationwide.Develop a working knowledge of client work processes, workplace culture and policies essential for effective service delivery to users.Monitor contracts through key management staff, ensuring value for money and innovative service is provided.Attend client meetings as and when required.Contract Manager Job DescriptionEnsure that regular toolbox talks are taking place with the teams.Complete any other tasks in line with business needs as required by your Line manager
