Job Purpose:
Facilitating operational daily activities within the Resourcing Hub team by providing high quality administrative and coordination support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and allocating to Categories in Offshore Mail box
* Assisting with Face Fits – Eye fit (arranging and completing)
* Managing Stock PPE levels for Distribution – Stock taking Monthly (Tidy Stock Room)
* Ordering PPE for New Starts
* Advertising Vacancies
* Booking hotels – Weekly Hotel Invoices
* Booking Travel for Site Visits and Onshore/Office based staff
* Booking Car Hire and Flights for office staff
* Scanning and uploading of paperwork and Certs
* Updating and maintaining systems
* Sending jobs on IGRIS to personnel
* Assist and involvement with TAR preparations
* Dealing with contract administration and issuing contracts during peak times
* Any other Admin Tasks
Skills & Qualifications:
* Essential:
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Excellent attention to detail, Diligence and self-discipline

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work under pressure, with changing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
Work Environment/Conditions:
* Office: MacGregor Building, Dyce, Aberdeen. May require travel to other Aberdeen facilities to support business operations.
