Us
Crafted is a series of life-friendly hotels and spaces
where guests can be themselves and fill up on the good stuff: nature, food,
wellbeing, craft, people and play. We hope to open several hotels in the coming
years, with our first coming in summer 2025: Crafted at Powdermills, East
Sussex.

You
Crafted’s culture will be inclusive and agile but with

We’re looking for someone passionate about coffee,
people, and community. As a Barista, you’ll deliver exceptional service
while curating a menu of expertly brewed coffees, teas, and refreshing
beverages, from matcha lattes to seasonal cold-pressed juices. You’ll take
pride in crafting each drink and serving it with warmth and care.
That said, as a Kiosk Barista, your primary
responsibilities will be to:
· Deliver
smooth, confident service at the Kiosk, ensuring every guest feels welcomed
· Prepare
and serve coffee, teas, cold-pressed juices, and kombucha with precision and
care
· Support
the team by stepping in wherever needed from restocking to keeping the
workspace organised
· Maintain
the food display, ensuring all pastries, sandwiches and salads are fresh,
neatly arranged, and ready for service
· Engage
with guests warmly, offering tailored recommendations based on their
preferences
· Keep
the conservatory area tidy and welcoming, ensuring a clean, comfortable
environment for guests at all times
· Communicate
clearly with the kitchen and wider team to keep everything flowing seamlessly
We’re looking for someone with:

passion for coffee, beverages, great service and wholesome food
· A
natural sense of warmth and good humour to make each guest’s experience special
· Attention
to detail and pride in consistently delivering quality drinks and maintaining a
tidy space
· The
confidence to learn on the job and ask questions when needed
· Availability
for mornings, weekends, and busy shifts
· A
collaborative approach — happy to support the team wherever necessary
