We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to oversee and enhance HR systems within the property industry. The successful candidate will ensure the effective administration, configuration, and optimisation of HR systems in a London-based role.

Description

* Administer Zellis ResourceLink systems, including workflow configuration and operational support.
* Manage user setup, process definitions, and operator ID and profile types within HR systems.
* Ensure the smooth implementation and maintenance of MyView and reporting setups.
* Identify areas for system improvement and recommend enhancements to optimise functionality.
* Provide expert guidance and training to HR teams on system usage and updates.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR systems with business needs and objectives.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
* Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Profile

A successful HR Systems Manager should have:

* Proven experience in administering Zellis ResourceLink systems.
* Strong knowledge of MyView, process definitions, and reporting setups.
* Ability to configure workflows and manage operator ID and profile types.
* Expertise in providing operational support and troubleshooting system issues.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in the property industry.

Desired Skills and Experience
Proven experience administering Zellis ResourceLink systems, including workflow configuration, user setup, and operational support is essential.
Solid understanding of MyView, Process Definitions, Operator ID and profile types, and reporting setups in Zellis.
Experience with end-to-end data migrations and testing.
Detail-focused with strong problem-solving abilities and a logical mindset.
