Our breakthrough product, JustHeat, is a graphene-powered underfloor heating system that warms rooms faster, more efficiently and more sustainably than boilers, heat pumps or traditional underfloor heating systems. We are scaling rapidly to deliver real change — lowering bills, cutting carbon, and helping the UK reach its Net Zero goals.
We now have an exciting opportunity for an Sales Account Manager to join our growing team at the forefront of this revolution.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will proactively contribute to overall growth of the JustHeat portfolio, developing robust client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying new opportunities. You will be involved in every part of product lifecycle, from prototyping and design for manufacturing (DFM) to validation processes (DVP).
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing key accounts and collaborating with the internal teams to deliver fast and efficient client solutions and oversee design iterations
* Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports and accurate sales forecasts showcasing sustainable growth of the JustHeat client base and portfolio
* Research market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Building brand awareness and representing the company at trade exhibitions, conferences and client meetings
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring designs are optimised for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and performance
* Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Consistent measurable and sustainable growth of the JustHeat client base and portfolio
Who We're Looking For
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and react to fast-moving business needs.
· Commercially aware and sales driven whilst delivering a positive customer focussed service
* Open-minded, flexible, and motivated, with a passion for preserving the environment and shaping the future of clean energy.
* Bachelors in Business, Marketing or other relevant subject
* Project Management certification or Six Sigma certification
