Job Description
3. Manage procurement activities to ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulations.
4. Develop and maintain supplier relationships to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions.
5. Support tendering processes, including preparing documentation and evaluating proposals for a range of Technology related goods and services
6. Monitor and report on procurement performance, identifying areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
8. Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure transparency in all transactions.
9. Provide advice and guidance on procurement processes and best practices.
10. Assist in implementing procurement strategies to align with organisational goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Specialist should have:
11. Experience in procurement and supply chain within the not-for-profit sector or similar environments.
12. Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve procurement practices.
14. Proficiency in using procurement tools and software.
15. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
