M&E Temporary Recruitment Consultant – Construction
We're hiring a
dedicated M&E temporary recruitment consultant
to build and grow a specialist desk within our construction division at

This role exists because the work is there.
We already support
warm M&E clients
across live sites and are now ring-fencing that work under one owner so it can scale properly — with clarity, accountability, and long-term value.
What the role looks like
* Supplying mechanical & electrical temporary labour into construction projects
* Developing and expanding existing client relationships
* Building and retaining a reliable subcontractor base
* Owning delivery, margins, and sustainability — not just activity
* Working with strong in-house compliance, payroll, and operational support
What we're looking for
* Experience in construction or M&E temp recruitment
* Someone who wants genuine desk ownership, not a legacy patch
* Commercially aware, delivery-focused, comfortable being accountable
* Happy picking up the phone and driving outcomes
