I'm partnered with an independent full-service creative agency based in Shoreditch, London that's looking to hire a hands-on Senior Marketing Executive.
The agency works with a variety of global recognisable brands and also specialise in helping start-ups & scale-ups with a fantastic product grow with their full-service support. They work across brand, design, marketing, digital, events and experiences.
About The Role: Two Core Focus Areas
Growing the Agency (Internal Marketing Ownership)
You'll take ownership of the agency's own marketing activities ensuring consistent visibility, positioning and lead generation alongside a dedicated Business Development Manager.
This includes:
1. Managing and growing social channels
2. Overseeing website updates, landing pages and content optimisation
3. Supporting SEO improvements (technical basics, keyword awareness, content optimisation, organic visibility)
4. Building and maintaining credentials, case studies and campaign materials
5. Planning and executing email campaigns (new business outreach, nurture sequences, retention campaigns)
6. Working within CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar)
