Senior Faade Designer
Milton Keynes
Salary: Up to £70,000 depending on experience
A growing faade contractor is expanding their design team and is looking for an experienced Senior Faade Designer to take a lead role across cladding, SFS and wider external envelope packages. This is a key position within a busy design department, offering autonomy, responsibility and long-term progression.

Role overview:
Leading faade design packages from concept through to completion
Producing and checking 2D AutoCAD drawings, details and setting-out
Coordination with architects, engineers and site teams
Technical submissions, schedules and design queries
Site surveys and client meetings where required
Supporting junior designers and contributing to team development
