About the Role As Office Administrator you will be assisting the Office Manager to complete all administration and despatch duties at the site. The role is varied and you will be: Performing administrative duties (such as filing, scanning, answering the phone, post, faxing etc). Dealing with brick and tile despatch Data entry and filing. Maintaining and organising stock lists and making orders for office supplies as needed. Providing administrative support for any office and factory related issues to the Office Manager and site Management team Monitoring the site diary, booking rooms for visitors and organising buffet/drinks.
