Do you have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service within an office environment and are looking for your next exciting opportunity? Our fantastic client in Windsor is a leading firm that is continuing to grow and is looking for a great new Customer Service Advisor to join the team!
Salary: £23,810. Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00–17:30 (37.5 hours per week). They offer hybrid working after you complete your training: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities
* Corresponding with solicitors, claimants and medical experts via letter and email
* General administration such as issuing appointments
* Data-entry
* Diary work
* Answering incoming calls
* Making outgoing calls
* Instructing doctors to produce independent medical reports
* Ordering and processing medical records
* Arranging medical tests/investigations as required
Skills required
* Hard worker
* Organised and able to work on own initiatives
* Problem solver
* Friendly and able to work well within a team
* 1 year of transferable experience
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal (English – Grade C or above)
