About the Role The Educational Support Worker will provide support to young people with High Needs, helping to remove barriers to learning and promoting effective participation in education. Working under the direction of tutors and managers, the role involves delivering education programmes to small groups and individuals while ensuring that learners are safeguarded at all times. The postholder must ensure that all work is carried out in line with statutory regulations and Council policies, guidance, and best practice.
