Duties & responsibilities
* Effectively manage incoming customer enquiries.
* Provide product information and tailored advice.
* Prepare accurate quotations based on customer needs.
* Proactively contact customers to develop relationships and identify new opportunities
* Develop positive long-term relationships with customers.
* Interpret customer objectives to maximise business opportunities.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide quality customer service.
* There will also be occasional opportunities to visit customer when required, giving you valuable exposure to our client base.
* Update and maintain CRM system.
