Lloyd Recruitment Services is partnering with a well-established company in East Grinstead to recruit a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent marketing graduate to gain hands-on experience in marketing campaigns and events, within a supportive and collaborative team.
This role is perfect for Marketing Graduates with 1 years of marketing experience.

Assist with marketing campaigns and internal communications
Support planning and delivery of business events, conferences, and meetings
Prepare materials, agendas, and presentations for stakeholders
Liaise with suppliers and partners for smooth event and campaign delivery
Support brand initiatives across digital and offline channels
Maintain and analyse campaign and event data to improve outcomesKey Skills & Experience:
Marketing degree or equivalent
Some project experience or up to 1-2 years' marketing experience
Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Confidence managing projects from start to finish
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms
Knowledge of GDPR and best practices in communications
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable but not essentialExtra Information:
