Industrial Recruitment Consultant
Location: Bridge Street, Walsall, WS1 1JZ
Salary: Upto £35k, plus commission, bonus and monthly incentives.
We’re expanding our industrial division and looking for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant who’s ready to drive results, build strong client relationships and thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. You’ll join a supportive, motivated and success‑focused team that truly values collaboration and achievement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Expanding existing accounts from our extensive client base and driving new business opportunities.
* Building strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and production.
* Developing trusted relationships with candidates while sourcing, screening and placing them into the right roles.
* Delivering exceptional support and service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in industrial recruitment, backed by a strong sales track record and a passion for delivering results.
* Confident business development skills with the ability to win new clients and grow lasting partnerships.
* Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build meaningful, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
* Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment and stays driven when things get busy.
