The department has a strong track record of consistently high GCSE results in English Language and Literature.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPlan and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the national curriculum.\nAssess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.\nCollaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and share best practices.\nContribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events.\n\nThe School\n\nLocated in the New Forest area, this co-educational academy caters to students aged 11 to 16.
