We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical CAD Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting a range of Ministry of Defence (MOD) and defence-sector projects. You will be responsible for producing high-quality electrical designs and technical documentation to support the development, upgrade, and integration of complex defence systems.

Job Responsibilities:
* Produce 2D and 3D electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and cable harness designs using CAD tools
* Maintain design standards, revision control, and configuration management in line with MOD compliance and documentation protocols.
* Conduct design reviews and resolve technical queries throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure all designs meet relevant defence, industry, and regulatory standards.
Experienced required:
* Proven experience as an Electrical CAD Engineer in a defence, aerospace, marine, rail, or highly regulated engineering environment.
* Strong experience with electrical CAD software and schematic/drawing production.
* Understanding of electrical systems such as power distribution, control panels, signal routing, or instrumentation.
* Eligibility for UK security clearance (SC)
