Job Title: Sales Administration Compliance Manager (FTC - 18 Months)
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + Bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Administration Compliance Manager to join a fast paced, regulated services environment on an 18 month fixed term contract.
This is a pivotal role responsible for leading the Sales Administration function, ensuring operational excellence, robust compliance and consistently high levels of service. You will play a key part in driving performance, improving processes and supporting both team and business success.
Key Responsibilities Of Sales Administration Compliance Manager
* Lead and oversee the day to day operations of the Sales Administration team
* Ensure delivery of accurate, efficient and customer focused administrative support
* Monitor, analyse and report on KPIs, performance metrics and service levels
* Coach, develop and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets
* Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations, internal policies and control frameworks
* Manage escalations and resolve complex customer, lender or operational issues
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and lender partners
* Identify, lead and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
* Support high standards of customer service to drive satisfaction and repeat business
* Provide accurate MI and performance reporting to senior management
* Support training, onboarding and ongoing development of the team
