Job Description
As a Senior Industrial Process Engineer, you’ll play a leading role within the Manufacturing Engineering team. You’ll not only drive improvements to manufacturing processes—boosting efficiency, quality, and lean culture—but also mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure knowledge is shared and standards are raised across the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading complex process improvement projects across machining and paint operations.
* Setting and upholding engineering and process standards across multiple departments.
* Acting as a technical authority for problem-solving, root cause analysis, and FMEA.
* Coaching and supporting junior engineers to develop their technical and project skills.
* Driving a culture of continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met and continually improved.

Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing or Process Engineering role.
* Experience ideally gained within the automotive, machining, or precision engineering sectors.
* Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) preferred.
* Proven leadership of process improvement projects with measurable impact.
* Strong analytical and project planning skills.
* Competent in Microsoft Office and business management systems.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead change.
