We are supporting the recruitment of a Senior Management Accountant to join a dynamic international company. This is a key role within a collaborative finance function with exposure across multiple UK and overseas entities.

You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong controls and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision making across the Group.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full day to day financial oversight for multiple UK and international entities
* Preparation and ownership of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and detailed performance analysis
* Leading and supporting the month-end and year-end close processes, including audit deliverables and statutory reporting requirements
* Production and continuous improvement of Group reporting, including board packs and management reporting insights
* Acting as a commercial finance partner to trading entities and divisional leaders, supporting decision-making and performance improvement
* Support with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accuracy, challenge and commercial insight
* Involvement in cash flow forecasting and working capital
* Assistance with payroll processes and statutory filings
* Ownership of compliance activities including VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax, and Companies House submissions
* Contribution to capital expenditure analysis and investment appraisals
* Participation in group consolidation and financial reporting at Group level
* Driving improvements in financial controls, reporting quality and operational efficiency across the Group
* Full qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
* Strong experience in management accounting, group reporting and month-end ownership
* Proven capability in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
* Experience with modern ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, AX)
* A commercially minded approach with strong business partnering skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
* A hands on, collaborative attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast moving environment
